To be a great coach, one needs to be able to create powerful coaching relationships. And yet, many leaders have difficulty finding time to devote to the development and nurture of these relationships. Take a minute to imagine how special a person would need to be for someone to readily welcome them into a coaching relationship. Are you the kind of leader who could be this person? Are you the kind of leader who sees the best in others, confronts them with this view, and then holds them accountable to be that person?
